Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You’re able to check the shipping status within 5 to 7 business days once your order left our warehouse.

We currently accept orders from the United States and Canada. All orders are FREE shipping without minimal order value. 

For orders from the United States, it will be shipped with fast boat and FedEx Ground. For orders from the Canada, it will be shipped with fast boat and Canada Post. It usually takes 28 days to be delivered. For orders to areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or the central mountainous regions, may result in slightly longer delivery time.

Nyuair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
